Helping High-Achieving Professionals & LGBTQ+ Couples & Individuals Build Meaningful Relationships & Reduce Anxiety

A Better You

You’ve worked hard to get where you are—maybe you have a successful career, strong ambition, or a life that looks great on paper. But when it comes to relationships, anxiety, or self-worth, things feel less certain.

  • Struggling with dating or relationships? You might find yourself stuck in familiar patterns, feeling disconnected, or wondering why relationships seem harder than they should be.

  • Feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety? Maybe your mind is always racing, or you’re constantly overthinking every decision.

  • Trying to balance success with fulfillment? You’ve checked all the right boxes, but something still feels missing.

As a therapist, I help people untangle emotions, build stronger connections, and find clarity. With a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and an MBA from NYU Stern, I specialize in working with:

Professionals & High-Achievers navigating stress, relationships, and self-worth.

LGBTQ+ Individuals & Couples working through identity, intimacy, and personal growth.

People from Religious Backgrounds balancing tradition, identity, and relationships.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you better understand yourself and what you need to thrive.

If any of this resonates, let’s talk.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Whether you’re here because of relationship struggles, anxiety, or just a sense that something in your life isn’t quite working the way you’d like, therapy is a space to explore, untangle, and find clarity.

I came to this work because I know what it’s like to wrestle with big questions—about identity, relationships, and what it means to live a fulfilling life. Before becoming a therapist, I earned an MBA from NYU Stern and spent years working in the business world. That background helps me understand the pressures of high-achieving careers, the complexities of balancing success with personal fulfillment, and the way ambition and self-doubt can sometimes go hand in hand.

My approach is integrative and client-centered, grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and practical strategies tailored to you. Sessions with me are engaged, active, and collaborative—this isn’t just a space to vent; it’s a space to gain clarity, recognize patterns, and create real change.

I believe therapy works best when it’s honest, thoughtful, and—when needed—infused with humor. Because sometimes, stepping back and laughing at the absurdity of our own patterns is the first step to breaking free from them.

Where should we begin?

Individual Therapy

Whether you’re feeling stuck in relationship patterns, struggling with anxiety, or just trying to figure out what you actually want, therapy is a space to gain clarity and create meaningful change. We’ll work together to understand what’s holding you back, shift unhelpful patterns, and build the kind of life and relationships that feel more aligned with who you are.

  • Dating & Relationships – Breaking unhealthy cycles, navigating emotional availability, or just figuring out why you keep texting your ex.

  • Anxiety & Overthinking – Learning how to quiet your inner critic, manage stress, and stop spiraling at 2 AM.

  • Self-Worth & Identity – Exploring who you are, what you want, and how to feel more at home in your own life.

Couples Therapy

Relationships are complicated, messy, and sometimes just downright confusing—but they don’t have to stay that way. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or just trying to communicate without it turning into an argument, therapy helps you break out of negative cycles and create a stronger, more connected partnership.

  • Stronger Communication – Understand each other better, express your needs, and feel truly heard.

  • Conflict Resolution – Move past recurring arguments and learn how to fight in a way that actually brings you closer.

  • Emotional & Physical Intimacy – Deepen connection, rebuild trust, and strengthen your relationship.

But wait, there’s more

A note about my practice

I provide therapy through the Center for Relational Fulfillment (CRF), where I work under the supervision of Michael Moran, LCSW, CST. CRF specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and couples, helping clients strengthen relationships, improve communication, and build deeper emotional connections.

Insurance and fees

While I do not accept insurance directly, therapy sessions may be reimbursable through out-of-network benefits if your insurance plan covers mental health services. I can provide superbills (detailed invoices) for you to submit to your provider. If you’re unsure about your coverage, I recommend checking with your insurance company about out-of-network reimbursement.

If you have any questions about fees or insurance, feel free to reach out!
